Top Ten Consumer Complaints in WI for 2023

Last year was a busy year in the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection, according to Division Administrator Michelle Reinen. With over 10,000 complaints, ranging from landlord/tenant conflicts, telemarketing, identity theft, home improvement complaints and more, that department collected $3.3 million in fines. Reinen talks about what you should do if you have issues. The department has created a list of the Top 10 Complaints for 2023.
