Beware of Storm Chasers

This spring’s thunderstorms left more than downed tree branches and full-to-the-brim drainage ditches.  Solicitations from roofing and siding contractors proliferated throughout the area, as construction firms seek to capitalize on hailstorm damage and the associated insurance payouts.  But how do you know if the company that puts out those flyers in giant comic-sans fonts is on the up-and-up?  Michele Reinen heads up the Trade and Consumer Protection Division of the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection.  Michele joined Monday Buzz host Brian Standing on June 10, 2024.
