Amanda Starbuck, Research Director at Food and Water Watch, recently penned an article, “The True Cost of Yet Another Massive Food Merger“, detailing a proposed merger of Mars and Kellanova, which would give one company more than a 50% control of snack bars, adding to the rising grocery prices and skyrocketing profits of our food corporations.
