Round 1 of Act 10

On December 2, Dane County Circuit Court Judge Jacob Frost ruled that certain provisions of Act 10 are unconstitutional. Thursday 8 O’Clock Buzz host Tony Castañeda is joined this morning by attorney Tamara Packard who represents public sector unions. The ruling restores collective bargaining power to public employees across the state and, while that is good news, Packard explains that it’s just the beginning of a long boxing match…there are many rounds to go and it’s anybody’s guess on what the eventual outcome will be.
